Mine is [S] WV: Ascend. That shit gives me chills errytime. I think it captures the sort of grand scope of SBURB that both amazes and disturbs me.

Sburban Jungle is still the Homestuck theme for me, and [S] Enter is probably still my favorite flash. I had to watch it like five times back then until I understood what was going on, but damn if it wasn't awesome every single time.

I love Sburban Jungle but come on, for sheer complexity and "what the fuck is happening oh shit" you can't beat Cascade.

mostly because it came out ages before it ever appeared in a flash

cascade was cool but far from the best flash, i'd rank descend and enter above it
mostly because of the art inconsistancy, some of it is so bad in comparison to hussie's stuff i can't help but cringe while watching it... (the whole exile segment is horribad) i mean sure there was a lot of art provided by fans in descend as well, but it was a lot more subtle and well-made and there were very few actual animations so the discrepancy wasn't as big

Favorite one used in a flash is Unite-Synchronization and my favorite flash is Cascade mostly because every time I watch it I notice something new

Dance of Thorns is also pretty cool. It was used in the Kickstarter trailer but I wouldn't mind it being used in canon.
