I have had essentially the same haircut for nigh on fifteen years. It is time for a change. So, I'm cutting most of it off. After pic will be posted when I'm done. Previous thread >>19084

>>30514 Oh snap. I feel bad for automatically assuming you were a different gender. Jeez. I love that hair. I'm all jealous because I've realized short hair is not a good look for me. Proof posted.
>>30514 I want your hair. Give it to me.
>>30545 I think your beard just throws it all out of whack.

>>30759 I think that was joke. I hope that was joke...
Boy it sure is awesome how much I don't know a damn thing about anyone here despite being here so long...
>>30765 To be fair, I'm new-ish and I sort of lurked my way in here without invitation. I forgive you. Have a nephew.
I think this one is very unflattering, but it shows my most-used expression.
Pixie cuts are so nice.

Got a haircut recently. I kinda hate how short it is. Fortunately hardly anyone sees it because I'm a hermit and my work uniform is full-body. BEHOLD, MY 'SERIOUS' FACE. No one can ever take it seriously.
>>31065 Hey Anna Paquin, I didn't know you posted here.
>>31067 Wow, Bones, for a second you looked like Agent of Hydra to me.

Me with London, Ontario rapper Shad. Honestly, one of my favourite artists, who I got to see for the third time this summer. He remembered me from the last time we talked (even my name!) and his bassist was like "Dude, you were the only one who knew all the words to all our songs! I saw you from the stage!" Twas a good day. Second interview with him; very nice guy. Eloquent rhymes with minimal swearing and amazing flow.
So uh I could use your help. I've been growing my hair out for over a year now, with only a small trim or two in between. I've always liked the idea of long hair, but I honestly don't know what to do with it and recently I've been pondering just cutting it short with a beard trimmer like one of my roommates does (not having to pay the expense of a barber is a plus for me). The long hair has been getting harder to control and keep tied, especially now that I've started working out at the gym where it likes to loosen itself, and overall it's become a hassle. On the other hand, I don't want to rashly do something I'll regret and have to wait another year. So could I get some general hair-related input? I'm pretty fashion/appearance retarded. Also I promise to shave off that neckbeard! I got lazy with it last week.
>>31770 If the gym is your big issue, just wear a bandana when you work out. Haircut-wise, I give horrible advice. Once I asked a hairdresser to give me a haircut like Aquaman just to see what would happen.
>>31770 (Man, I haven't been at the stage you're in for a while...) If it's any reassurance, the loosening and getting-in-the-way thing gets better the longer you grow it out. If that's all you have after a year, I can understand if you're too impatient to wait about another year to get it to a point where things fall into place better. Also, if your hair has the body/strength for it, layer that shit. Regardless of how long it is, it'll look better with a little definition. I might post a set similar to this but with myself for vanity reference. In the meantime, have some Mikkey Dee.
>>31777 Speaking as someone whose had their hair just about every length from ass-long to nearly a crew cut, any hair past the shoulders is almost totally negligible. The way it hangs around your face is really what people are going to notice.
>>31778 I can't imagine you with long hair. It seems wrong somehow.
>mfw my face
It's you!!!
>>31777 Smith is completely right in every way here, also what Squid said.
>mfw I go outside
