I first got into psychology because I was so curious about death and grief. Now that I'm this far in I can say with great certainty that WE DON'T KNOW SHIT ABOUT IT and there's nothing that can really be done or said to help one another through it other than just being there.

I'll never get over the death of any friend, whether it be a person or an animal. I'll never be able to forgot how great it was waking up to them first thing in the morning and thinking about them as I went to sleep.

I've learned to be happy without them, but things'll never be the same. There's nothing I really think about that.

If I'm bored enough to daydream, I usually daydream about little projects I'd like to be working on at the moment. I have a murder mystery that I'm working on in my head, and if I come up with a good scene or dialog I'll try to embed it in my memory so I can write it down later. I also think about my tricked-out backpack project, which so far has insulated pockets to keep your drink cold, LEDs all over so it lights up inside and out if you want that, MP3 player with speakers, emergency sriracha bottle for bad food, etc.

I probably have more daydreams about finding true love than anything else.

I need to take it out to some hill in the desert if I want to see anything much, I think.
